The following is a standard list of tasks to help get you started:

1. Decide on a Date/time

2. Locate a Venue

3. Decide whether it's open to the public or invites only

4. Determine whether its a free event or a paid event

5. If's free, we may have to work towards finding funding or sponsorship to fund the event for your community

6. Factor in costs: Venue, marketing, trainer, materials, food, and travel etc.

7. Organise a working party

8. Connect with your local ambassador for extra support
