1 hour alertness training, also available online
A-OK TALK is a 1 hour training designed to start a conversation around suicide prevention, mental wellness and what helper roles people can engage in, to help keep their communities, organisations, workplaces, schools and sports teams safe from suicide.
Suicide is a community health problem that requires a community approach.
This is a great, safe and informative introduction to suicide prevention and mental wellness.
